Welcome to ATHBridge.com. By accessing or using our online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, the purchase of products, and the services we provide. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted within 24 hours after placing an order. After this period, we are unable to process refund requests as the order would have entered the processing or shipping stage.

Refund requests must be submitted via email with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All included components, accessories, and documentation must be intact.

Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at sales@smartcey.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will result in a refund or exchange as requested.

Please Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Unclaimed Packages / Failed Deliveries

If the customer fails to collect the package and it is returned by the courier service or stored at the courier’s facility, responsibility lies with the customer.

Refunds are not accepted for orders returned due to:

  • Non-collection
  • Refusal
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by:

  • Failure to collect the package
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Repeated missed delivery attempts

This applies regardless of the shipping country or courier service used.

4. Address Changes

Address change requests are only accepted within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, orders are locked for processing.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@smartcey.com. While we will try to assist, we are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Replacement of Components

We do not offer replacements for components or accessories that are misplaced, lost, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery. If any components are missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Technical Knowledge Requirement

Our products are designed for customers with basic technical knowledge of smart home devices. Customers are expected to set up and operate the products using the provided manuals.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if issues arise due to lack of technical knowledge or failure to follow setup instructions. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance before initiating a return.

7. Limitation of Liability

ATHBridge.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Responsibility for proper installation, use, and maintenance lies with the customer.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ATHBridge.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
